Responsibilities & Context:
- Ensures the smooth running of computer systems and that users get maximum benefits.Troubleshooting:
- Troubleshoots hardware, software, and networking problems, determines the cause of error or stoppage, applies corrective techniques in cases where problems can be corrected, and may arrange for repair of faulty equipment or upgrade out-of-date systems.Installation, Configuration & Maintenance: Responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer (Desktop/Laptop) hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners, and other IT appliances.
- Network & Connectivity Maintenance: Maintains LAN and internet connectivity products, their installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Maintains antivirus software, diagnoses, and resolves computer and network/connectivity problems.
- ERP Software Management: Handles the operation, maintenance, and upgrade of ERP software.
- Troubleshoots system and network problems, diagnoses, and solves hardware or software faults.System Management: Network Performance Monitoring: Monitors the performance of local area networks, tracks significant problems, evaluates usage, and modifies hardware/software for optimal performance.
- Network Administration: Performs daily network administration tasks such as creating user ids, maintaining groups, enabling printer sharing, managing security, and backups.
- CCTV and IP Camera Management: Establishes and maintains DVR/NVR system in Office/branch.Hardware & Software Support: Prepares, installs, configures, sets up, and provides extensive support to PC, Laptop, UPS related hardware, and software issues instantly.
- IT Asset Management: Maintains IT Asset Management and performs asset maintenance regularly.Device Support: Provides support to MacBook & iPhone devices.
