Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee daily operations of the retail store, including opening and closing procedures.
Manage and lead a team of sales associates, setting performance goals and providing guidance and support.
Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales targets and KPIs.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking.
Implement Visual Merchandising (VM) standards to enhance the store`s appearance.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries or issues.
Train and onboard new employees.
Analyze sales data and trends to make informed business decisions.
Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales strategies.
