∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and conduct recruitment and selection process
∎ Arrange and conduct walk in interview in different territories of Bangladesh
∎ Monitor and update daily attendance and leave of the employees of head office and field force.
∎ Review, modify or develop Job Description as per requirement of the organization. Prepare a JD Bank for all available positions in the organization and keep it always update.
∎ Review Manpower status and analyze the retention of employee in the organization.
∎ Review, update and maintain employee files and other HR paper works in an efficient, timely, orderly and confidential manner.
∎ Preparing different drafts, reports, statements and minutes as directed by the supervisor.
∎ Maintain all types of employee separation procedures.
∎ Conduct orientation program to new employees.
∎ Assist in developing and implementing human resource plans, employee development plans, and organizational development plans and personnel management policies.
∎ Keep all the records and maintain necessary files for various activities systematically and always updated.
