∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for handling and managing all disciplinary issues of organization as per Bangladesh labor law and drive organizational culture towards fair labor management practice.
∎ Provide proper guidance on critical disciplinary issues and compare for making a constructive decision as per labor law.
∎ Handling Leave Management, performance appraisal, improves worker migration, reduce absenteeism and motivate employees for better performance.
∎ Supervise renewal, maintenance and update all relevant statutory licenses and ensure availability of required register as mandated by law at organization.
∎ Draft and check legal documents to ensure they align with current laws and regulations.
∎ Develop comprehensive training calendar and training module to train employees and other departments on 'Disciplinary Procedure' and organize training as per schedule for enhancement of employee competences.
∎ Handling disciplinary matters, Grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation & worker engagement etc.
∎ Maintain effective relationship with labor law related govt body.

∎ Training/Trade Course: MS Office Applications
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Computer skill
