Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent.
∎ To oversee recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles across multiple position.
∎ To manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
∎ To collaborate with alll concern to identify hiring needs and create job descriptions that align with business goals.
∎ To maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular updates.
∎ To utilize multiple recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms.
∎ To build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract highly skilled professionals.
∎ To ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies during the hiring process.
∎ To develop and manage relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources
∎ To implement and track key recruitment metrics.
∎ To Maintain and manage personal filing systems for recruitment records, employee documents, and compliance paperwork
∎ To stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment.
