Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ Skills Required: good communication skill, Microsoft Excel

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attracting candidates by using different job portal and social media.
∎ Coordinate with hiring manager on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.
∎ Conducting recruitment events, screening CVs as per requisition, communicating with shortlisted candidates & coordinating interview board
∎ Appointment processing, Orientation, Transfer, Increment, Promotion, Separation, Confirmation related work.
∎ Support payroll team for making salary
∎ Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation.
∎ Prepare proper manpower planning, job analysis & prepare job description of employees at different levels as per company policy.
∎ Maintain personal file, Final settlement, Disciplinary Proceedings with any other HR-related activities.
∎ Organize employee performance reviews

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
