Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in English/ MBA in HRM from any recognized university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain daily attendance of employees, maintain & update all sorts of leave.
∎ To check the employees IN & OUT register daily.
∎ Have to ensure project safety and security.
∎ Supervise site safety, security and maintenance & support team.
∎ Have to report from project to Head Office timely. Drafting official letters, Notes etc. in both
∎ Bengali & English.
∎ General office administration, support organizational and staff management.
∎ Maintain & update employee database and provide manpower status report based on
∎ requirements.
∎ Day to day HR and Administrative jobs, should have capabilities to handle any types of
∎ difficulties and will solve with professional manner.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Construction project related HR & Administrative works.
∎ Candidate who has experience in construction site & good English skill in drafting &
∎ corresponding with govt. semi govt. offices and good knowledge for compliance, labor law
∎ etc. will be given priority.
∎ Well conversant with computer Applications.
∎ Must be skilled in the use of computer including MS Office, Internet, and E-mail.
