Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in Accounting/ B.Sc. or Diploma in civil engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare regular stock report on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
∎ To prepare & ensure of MRR & MRN on time.
∎ To prepare plan how to implement and utilize optimum use of store space.
∎ Ensure proper management of identifying and sorting the storing Materials.
∎ To prepare documents & develop the standard and emergency operating procedures for receiving, handling, storing products.
∎ Ensure FIFO/Stock card/Inventory Ledger/Inventory Aging/Slow Moving/NonMoving/Write-off/Critical Items/Periodical Counting etc.
∎ Coordinate effective inventory management activities at store on time.
∎ Maintain and ensure the issuance of different items as per requisition.
∎ Maintain and audit Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P).
∎ Coordination with Transporter, various department & concern like QA team, inspection team and others for timely and safely receiving of all local/import materials.
∎ Maintain monthly inventory and reconciliation.
∎ Maintain liaison with the all-concern department & head office by email & phone.
∎ To perform any other tasks when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): accurate record keeping, Inventory and Procurement of construction materials.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): "Engineering/ Construction Firm"
∎ Directly related experience on Store management at the construction site
∎ environment.
∎ Good knowledge in Computer specially in advance Excel, store related software etc.
∎ Positive attitude and Self Driven.
∎ Able to work independently and under pressure.
∎ Good Analytical skills about the Store/Warehouse management.
∎ Need to be a good team member.
