Educational Requirements:
∎ MBS/ MBA major in Accounting from Reputed institutions
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Supply Chain Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have procurement experience of Civil Engineering materials/Machineries/ Equipment's/ Tools/ Spare parts/ Electronics Items etc.
∎ Support for local sourcing, price negotiation, price finalization, negotiation of other terms & conditions and deal finalizing and issuance of purchase order.
∎ To source vendors and negotiation with management approved limit.
∎ To collect quotations from different suppliers and prepare confirmation of supply for Management approval.
∎ To support standards of all equipment, machinery and construction materials as per specifications.
∎ Ensure uninterrupted & timely supply of materials to meet concern project/ unit/ department requirements.
∎ To prepare /Issue purchase order and strong follow up with the Supplier for on time delivery of goods.
∎ To maintain liaison with the various department in respect of requisition follow up and feedback of the delivery goods.
∎ To prepare material inventory report and maintain other documentation related to procurement of goods.
∎ To prepare different types of purchase report as and when required.
∎ To coordinate purchase with the head office purchase team.
∎ To coordinate with accounts & store department.
∎ Have adequate knowledge in business communication.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ 5-6 years' experience in similar function in any reputed construction organization.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Purchase/ Procurement,Supply Chain, Logistic,Import through L/C, Store/ Inventory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Civil Engineering Firms, Real Estate,Group of Companies
∎ Must have proper knowledge in VDS/ TDS as per existing govt. policy
∎ Must have good command in MS Word & Excel
∎ Excellent communication skill with good command on written and spoken English
∎ Have the mentality to visit the project and market place inside of the country frequently
