Responsibilities & Context:
. Sales and Marketing Strategies: Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies tailored to real estate and property sectors, including market analysis and campaign management.
· Cross-functional Communication and Collaboration: Strong skills in cross-functional communication, ensuring seamless collaboration with different departments and stakeholders.
· Project Management: Competency in managing projects, including timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations, ensuring that land development and sales objectives are met efficiently. Oversee HR operations including recruitment, payroll, leave, and staff management.
Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and performance evaluation.
Supervise administrative functions: logistics, facilities, record-keeping, and office support.
Act as a bridge between management, staff, and academic leadership.
