JOB PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for recruiting Head Office & Factory staff under the guidance of the team lead in order to provide the best Human Resources who will contribute to the continuous growth of the company. The position is also responsible for developing continuous process improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness.
OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with the team lead regarding vacant positions to take the necessary steps in order to fill the vacancies.
Make daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on requisition activity to plan talent acquisition with the guidance of the team lead.
Forecast the quarter and annual hiring needs of human resources.
Source prospective candidates via recruitment agencies, Institutions, online job advertisements, different social media platforms, Job Fairs, and so on.
Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, interview over phone, and personal interviews with coordination with the concerned department, and background verification of the shortlisted candidates.
Design the Employee’s role profile and interview questions that reflect every position’s requirements
Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility.
Coordinate with the team lead to determine the best recruiting process for position(s) while maintaining recruitment and HR processes.
Conduct a preliminary interview to gauge personality, interest, and salary requirements which followed by a final selection session.
Provide feedback to the team lead in detail regarding Job applications.
Maintain the employee referral program
Follow up with the related clerical aspects of employment, such as completing prescribed joining formalities, notifying the department of the employee`s start date, and the requisition the employee is filling.
Maintain a strong CV bank of potential candidates.
Create a strong candidate pool for future requirements of critical positions.
Talent Management for the various units of the organization.
Maintain a sourcing database, especially for the support staff.
Submit a weekly vacancy list with analysis. Based on that analysis, a chart should be designed for each vacant position.
Make a formal on-boarding plan for new joiners, such as- Employee orientation, Welcome pack providing, Lunch arrangement, and Introduction with Key people/team.
