Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the safety of all mechanical/electrical devices.
∎ Understand about Diagram and load calculation.
∎ Ability to design on power distribution, grounding.
∎ Execution, installation, commissioning monitoring and controlling of all mechanical/ electrical works of plant.
∎ Estimation, co-ordination, repairing, maintenance & verification of all types of mechanical/electrical works of plant.
∎ Provides accurate measures to avoid overload of operating mechanical/electrical equipment's and proper maintenance program.
∎ Provides proper instruction to operate the entire mechanical/electrical devices under safety limits.
∎ Track performance of mechanical/electrical equipment's & initiate implement actions.
∎ Examine reasons of failure of non- functioning and due to problem. Suggest remedial measures and give instructions to the team.
∎ Prepare drawing and establishing mechanical/ electrical works.
∎ Coordinate and lead the technical support team with effective leadership.
∎ Maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
∎ Prepare daily and weekly report and submit to the management.
∎ Performs other works assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Very good knowledge on Shearing Machine maintenance activity.
∎ spare parts management.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Excellent capability of motivating and dealing with diverse group of people.
∎ Excellent analytical skill and quick decision-making capacity.
