∎ Any kind of Diploma in Leather Technology will be added extra quality.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications
∎ Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met
∎ Specifying quality requirements of row materials with suppliers
∎ Investigating and setting standards for quality and health and safety
∎ Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level
∎ Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures
∎ Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality
∎ Directing objectives to maximize profitability
∎ Coordination workers and laboratory staff.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ 10 (Ten) Years practical experienced in local & multinational shoe factory.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Footwear, Quality control.
∎ A clear understanding of the Shoes manufacturing process and minimum quality standards.

Salary: Negotiable
