Chittagong Denim Mills Ltd., a 100% export-oriented textile manufacturing company, is seeking a highly skilled, professional, and dynamic leader for the position of Director – Marketing to drive business growth and strengthen global market presence.

Job Context

This position requires strong industry knowledge, strategic thinking, leadership capability, and adaptability to lead marketing initiatives and expand international business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international buyers and clients.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve sales and revenue targets.

  • Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Industrial Engineering teams to align market demand with production capacity.

  • Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.

  • Develop promotional materials and branding initiatives to enhance global visibility.

  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

  • Ensure compliance with export regulations, buyer requirements, and international standards.
