• Age 24 to 30 years

·        Identify and develop new business opportunities for architectural and interior design projects.

·        Generate leads through digital platforms, social media, networking and market research.

·        Build and maintain relationships with real estate developers, architectural firms, interior design firms and corporate clients.

·        Promote studio services including architecture, interior design and visualization.

·        Coordinate with the design team for client presentations, proposals and project pitches.

·        Support marketing and branding activities including digital and social media marketing.

·        Conduct client meetings, follow-ups and site visits when required.

·        Maintain and manage a structured database of leads, inquiries and ongoing projects.
