Responsibilities & Context:

·        Develop architectural concepts and design proposals following the vision and direction of the Principal Architect.

·        Design and plan residential, commercial, landscape and exterior projects.

·        Prepare mood boards, material boards, client presentations, architectural drawings, working drawings, construction drawings and detailing packages.

·        Develop practical and buildable design solutions using locally available materials and finishes.

·        Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors and execution teams.

·        Conduct site visits, assist in project supervision and ensure proper execution according to design intent.

·        Prepare project documentation, specifications, BOQ and design-related reports when required.

·        Research materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and design solutions relevant to project requirements.

·        Work collaboratively with the team and maintain effective communication throughout design and execution.
