Responsibilities & Context:
The candidate must have at least 15 years of practical experience in jacket/knit and woven garment production in any garment manufacturing factory. Must be capable of determining and implementing action plans based on sample comments.
Age 35 to 50 years
· Providing management and control of the quality assurance processes
· Maintaining the quality of products
· Ensuring all processes are controlled and monitored
· Processing quality audits and quality assurance reviews
· Documenting new and existing processes
· Troubleshooting manufacturing quality issues
· Ensuring technical compliance
· Training and mentoring technicians and other members of the quality assurance team
Must have the ability to achieve quality goals
