Responsibilities & Context:

  • Team Collaboration: Work actively as part of a high-performing growth team, contributing to group brainstorms, strategy sessions, and shared targets.

  • Structured Mentorship: Work directly under a designated Team Leader who will also act as your mentor, guiding you through the nuances of corporate strategy and professional development.

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and potential client segments.

  • Lead Generation: Source and qualify high-quality leads through cold outreach, networking, and digital channels.

  • Pitching & Presentations: Assist the growth team in preparing compelling proposals, pitch decks, and product presentation and demonstrations for corporate clients.

  • CRM Management: Keep our business development pipeline organized and updated (training on tools provided).
