Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or postgraduate marketing qualification preferred.
15 plus years of total marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a brand leadership or digital marketing leadership role.
Demonstrated experience managing paid digital budgets of BDT 2 Cr+ per year with measurable lead generation outcomes.
Prior experience in education marketing, EdTech, or a service/aspirational consumer brand strongly preferred.
Hands-on proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and at least one CRM or marketing automation platform.
Experience working with transnational, multinational, or international-partnership brands is a strong advantage.

Lead the Future of International Education Marketing in Bangladesh
Universal College Bangladesh (UCBD), a leading transnational education provider and a concern of the STS Group, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead its brand, digital marketing, and student recruitment initiatives. UCBD partners with Monash College, the University of London, and the University of Lancashire to deliver globally recognized academic programs.
Reporting To: COO / CEO
The Head of Marketing will own UCBD`s entire above-the-line and digital presence from brand strategy and creative direction to performance marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and marketing analytics. This is a builder`s role: you will professionalize a growing marketing function, lead a small but expanding team, and be directly accountable for driving qualified lead generation and enrollment contribution across all programs (MUFY, MCD, Ulan, UIFY, UOL/LSE EMFSS).
Key Responsibilities
Brand Management
Define and steward the UCBD brand architecture, ensuring consistent visual identity, tone of voice, and positioning across all touchpoints and partner communications (Monash, UOL/LSE, ULan).
Lead annual brand planning including campaign themes, ATL activations, and above-the-line media (OOH, print, radio, TV where relevant).
Manage co-branding guidelines with international university partners; ensure UCBD`s own brand equity grows alongside partner brands.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Own all digital channels end-to-end: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search + Display + YouTube), LinkedIn, website/SEO, email marketing, and WhatsApp CRM flows.
Drive top-of-funnel lead volume and bottom-of-funnel lead quality measured by walk-in rate and admission conversion.
Oversee SEO strategy and ensure UCBD ranks competitively for high-intent search queries relevant to Australian and UK pathway & in-country education in Bangladesh.
Manage and optimize paid digital budget across channels with a clear CPL and CAC
Build retargeting and lead nurture flows that move prospects from awareness to walk-in, in coordination with the admission head.
Content & Creative
Lead content strategy across programs program-specific content calendars, student testimonials, alumni spotlights, faculty features, and partner university content.
Oversee production of all marketing assets: brochures, digital creatives, video content, event collateral, school visit kits, and corporate presentations.
Build and maintain a content library organized by program, audience segment (student, parent, school counsellor), and funnel stage.
Commission and quality-control creative agency and production vendor outputs.
Analytics & Reporting
Own the marketing dashboard: channel-wise lead volume, cost-per-lead, lead-to-walk-in rate, and walk-in-to-admission conversion reported weekly to senior leadership.
Conduct regular channel audits and attribution analysis; make data-backed budget reallocation recommendations.
Track competitor digital activity and surface competitive insights quarterly.
School & Community Partnerships (Digital Extension)
Support the School Connect Program with targeted digital content for school counsellors, parents, and students
across UCBD`s tiered school partner network.
Manage UCBD`s presence on student community platforms, education forums, and school parent groups.
Team & Agency Management
Build, manage, and mentor the Brand & Digital team.
Manage relationships with creative agencies, media buying agencies, digital freelancers, and production houses.
Set team KPIs aligned with enrollment targets, conduct monthly performance reviews, and develop team capability.
