Education:
Bachelor’s degree completed in English; overseas education or international exposure will be considered an advantage.
Prior experience in student services, customer service, event management, or a related role is desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Bangla is required. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage but not mandatory.
Proven organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and follow through to completion.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport effectively with students and diverse stakeholders.

Major Responsibilities
Support and coordinate major student-focused events and institutional initiatives across UCBD.
Work closely with faculty members to facilitate experiential learning opportunities and enhance students’ personal and professional development.
Establish, manage, and oversee student clubs, associations, and societies, ensuring effective governance and active engagement.
Develop and implement an annual student engagement plan, including a structured calendar of programmes and events.
Formulate and maintain policies, procedures, and operational guidelines to ensure efficient, consistent, and high-quality delivery of student services.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to document, promote, and celebrate alumni achievements, while fostering and sustaining strong alumni relations.
