• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective Hindi language lessons to individuals or groups

• Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that covers, vocabulary & conversation tailored to the needs of Bengali-speaking call center agents

• Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including audio-lingual and communicative approaches, to cater to different learning styles

• Incorporate authentic materials such as Hindi films, music, and news to enhance learning and cultural understanding

• Regularly assess and evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and interactive sessions

• Provide constructive feedback to students and maintain accurate records of their performance

• Develop and curate course materials, including, exercises, and audio-visual aids, that bridge the gap between Bangla and Hindi.

• Stay updated on the latest trends in language teaching and integrate new techniques.

• Organize and participate in cultural events, language clubs, and workshops to promote Hindi language and culture

• Encourage and motivate agents by creating a positive and supportive learning environment

• Coordinate with the academic coordinator regarding course schedules, student progress, and any issues that may arise
