Responsibilities & Context:

1)Counsel students on study abroad opportunities, including country, course, and university selection.

2)Guide students through the admission and application process.

3)Assist with preparing and reviewing application documents, including SOPs, CVs, recommendation letters, and other required paperwork.

4)Provide accurate information about admission requirements, scholarships, and visa procedures.

5)Follow up with students throughout the admission and visa process.

6)Communicate with universities and educational institutions regarding applications and admission status.

7)Maintain accurate student records and application progress.

Respond to student inquiries via phone, email, social media, and in person.

8)Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.

9)Achieve monthly enrollment and admission targets.

10)Stay updated on international education policies, university requirements, and visa regulations.

11)Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events to attract prospective students.

12)Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a high level of student satisfaction

13)Perform other counseling and administrative duties as assigned.
