For Manager (Business Development):
Develop and execute annual and quarterly business development strategies to achieve company sales and growth targets.
Identify new business opportunities in the furniture, interior decoration, construction, and real estate sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, furniture manufacturers, and corporate clients.
Develop and expand the nationwide dealer and distributor network.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer requirements.
Prepare monthly sales forecasts, business plans, and market expansion strategies.
Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of Business Development Executives.
Coordinate with procurement, operations, warehouse, and finance departments to ensure smooth order execution.
Monitor collection performance and ensure timely recovery from customers.
Prepare management reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and business opportunities.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the reporting manager.
For Senior Executive ( Business Development)
Visit architects, interior firms, furniture factories, dealers, and project sites to generate sales opportunities.
Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Promote product portfolio including Acrylic Sheets, HPL Sheets, Aluminum Profiles, Hardware Accessories, and related products.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective customers.
Generate inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up until order confirmation.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and customer database.
Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
Follow up on outstanding payments and support collection activities.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
Submit daily visit reports, weekly activity reports, and monthly sales reports.
Participate in exhibitions, dealer meets, and promotional activities.
Identify project opportunities from real estate developers, contractors, and interior companies.
Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-up and after-sales support.
