Job Responsibilities:
∎ Engage with key Staffing and business partners in order to understand the needs of clients and its hiring profiles to enable effective sourcing
∎ Develop, drive and execute comprehensive search strategies designed to recruit quality candidates in a cost effective way (i.e. competitive research, industry profile development, networking, direct sourcing, etc.) and proactively build candidate talent pool across different functions and businesses.
∎ Manage the entire external candidate process - sourcing, screening, and closing external candidates and Manage the internal mobility process in collaboration with the HR business partners
∎ Implement consistent Talent Acquisition systems and programs - including the applicant tracking system, behavioral based interviewing tools, Employee Referral and Internal Mobility Program
∎ Manage Campus hiring / Engagement program.
∎ Manage relationships with Preferred Suppliers (external agency recruiters) to ensure seamless service delivery on recruitment searches conducted by 3rd party recruiters for internal clients.
∎ Actively manage recruitment metrics and data for sharing with HR business partners and business leaders on a regular basis.
∎ Act as an ambassador for the Avery Dennison brand in Bangladesh. Communicate our business and our offering flawlessly and ensure a first class hiring experience for hiring managers, candidates and third party recruitment suppliers.
∎ Support Regional TA lead in leadership level hiring.
∎ Organize training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation as required, to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery.
∎ Support HR head in driving Leadership Development Review process for talent development and succession planning. Ensure 100% usage of LDR Tool for Development Planning and Succession Planning
Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to engage with and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment, as well as external candidates in a confident and professional manner. Strong collaborative skills would be a key success factor to this role.
