Requirements: Skills Required: Additional Requirements: 2-4 years in manufacturing maintenance, preferably in compliant factories.
Positive attitude towards managing customers
High level of communication, negotiation, planning skills
Willing to travel different places where our customers have their factories
Responsibilities & Context: - Achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly sales, productivity, CCR & flexibility targets.
- Maintain Customer Services KPIs.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Ensure all customer queries are answered on time; escalate issues to appropriate team members.
- Selling products and solutions.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support and selling.
