• Age 18 to 45 years

1. Production Management
   • Supervise and monitor dyeing production activities during the assigned shift.
   • Ensure daily production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
   • Maintain proper dyeing recipes, shade matching, and process control.
   • Monitor machine performance and ensure optimum utilization.
2. Quality Control
   • Check shade, GSM, and fabric quality as per buyer requirements.
   • Minimize re-dyeing, shade variations, and fabric defects.
   • Ensure compliance with SOPs, dyeing standards, and quality benchmarks.
3. Manpower Supervision
   • Assign and monitor operators and other shift staff.
   • Guide, train, and motivate team members for smooth operations.
   • Maintain discipline, attendance, and safety among workers.
4. Process & Compliance
   • Ensure correct usage of chemicals, dyes, and auxiliaries.
   • Follow safety procedures, environmental regulations, and chemical handling policies.
   • Record shift-wise production and maintain dyeing logbooks.
5. Coordination & Reporting
   • Coordinate with planning, maintenance, and quality departments for smooth workflow.
   • Report production status, issues, and downtime to higher management.
   • Handover shift updates properly to the next Shift In-Charge.
6. Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement
   • Identify and solve technical issues in dyeing processes.
   • Suggest improvements for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
   • Control wastage of dyes, chemicals, water, and utilities.
