∎ SSC/HSC

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as overall incharge/ responsible of smooth production of the respective line.
∎ Provide necessary directions to the Sewing Supervisors and Operators for ensuring targeted production.
∎ Having clear idea about the quality of garments and to guide the subordinates to take necessary corrective measures if there any problem of quality so that garments can be made exportable stage.
∎ Ensuring optimum utilization of Man, Machine & Material to yield higher productivity.
∎ Try to reduce production cost and over head cost in an effective and effluent manner.
∎ Co-ordinate with the superior staff and relevant departments as per requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Minimum 5 Years ( 3 Years experience as Sewing Line Chief or same position).

Salary: Negotiable

∎ As per BEPZA rules.
