Educational Requirements:
∎ Honors/ Master in any field from any recognized university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare adolescent work plan along with community engagement team
∎ Support to training officer to conduct community engagement related capacity initiative
∎ Module Development, Translation & Documentation
∎ Regular field visit and monitoring the situation
∎ Arrange meeting with facilitators, volunteer, and provide direction to properly implement the activities
∎ Conduct meeting with parents, CBCPC, community leaders (Imam, Majhi, influential person), parents & caregiver committee members (PCGC), and youth leaders
∎ Attend different meeting, and training
∎ Assist to build-up staff capacity of community engagement intervention
∎ Supervision of the community engagement activity (CBCPC, youth groups, PCGC) and provide guidance to the staffs to achieve the vision of the activities
∎ Preparing different reports, budget and other documents and send those to respective authority in time
∎ Keeping Liaison with different sector of HCMP, others departments of BRAC, national and International NGOs and GO specially CiC office
∎ Support internal and external program visitors and keeping effective time management with administrative and financial activities
