Working Conditions:
Regular duty hours as per hospital policy.
On-call and shift-based duties as required
Responsibilities & Context:
Clinical Nursing Care:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to dialysis and critical care patients.
Prepare patients before, during, and after dialysis sessions.
Monitor vital signs and patient condition continuously.
Dialysis Responsibilities:
Assist in initiation, monitoring, and termination of dialysis as per protocol.
Observe for dialysis-related complications and report immediately.
Critical Care & Emergency Support:
Assist in management of critically ill and emergency patients.
Participate in CPR and emergency response activities.
Infection Control & Safety:
Maintain strict infection prevention and control practices.
Ensure safe handling of equipment and disposables.
Documentation & Communication:
Maintain accurate nursing records and reports.
Communicate effectively with doctors, patients, and attendants.
