Responsibilities & Context:
Working area: Hnila & Whykong Union of Teknaf Upazila under Cox’s Bazar District.
Overall Responsibilities: The Programme Manager (PM) will provide strategic, technical, operational and financial leadership for the Sponsorship Funded Program in Hnila and Whykong unions of Teknaf Upazila under Cox’s Bazar district ensuring quality implementation of child-centered and youth-focused interventions while maintaining compliance with BGS and Plan International standards, safeguarding requirements, sponsorship commitments and donor expectations.
Key Responsibilities are:
• Provide Strategic Leadership and Program Management.
• Oversee Sectoral Program Implementation.
• Manage Sponsorship and Child-Centered Programming.
• Strengthen Partnerships and Stakeholder Engagement.
• Lead Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL).
• Ensure Child Protection, Gender Equality and Inclusion Mainstreaming.
• Manage Human Resources and Team Performance.
• Oversee Financial and Resource Management and
• Lead Reporting, Documentation and Communication:
Job Other Benifits:
Salary and Benefits: Monthly Consolidated salary Tk. 65,000/- (Sixty-Five thousand taka only).
