Responsibilities & Context:

·       Redesign the initial research proposal based on guidance from the selected mentor or supervisor.

·       Conduct a six-month research project focused on community, equality and non-discrimination, with a dedicated mentor for guidance.

·       Collect evidence through various methods of data collection, including FGDs/ KIIs/ IDIs/ Survey.

·       Draft fact-finding reports based on the gathered evidence.

·       Adhere to the established research methodology for their chosen area.

·       Actively participate in relevant meetings, seminars, and workshops throughout the fellowship.

·       Contribute to the reporting and documentation.

·       Submit a comprehensive study report detailing the research findings, methodology employed, and activities conducted during the fellowship.

·       Deliver a final presentation of the research findings to relevant stakeholders.

·       Carry out additional tasks as needed to support relevant activities of BLAST.
