Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate sales, business development, partnerships, account management, or related functions.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of B2B sales, corporate partnership development, business development, and commercial proposal preparation, with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
Possess excellent relationship-building, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage corporate clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Apply strong analytical and reporting skills to monitor business performance, interpret sales data, and develop data-driven recommendations for business growth.
Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis, reporting, proposal development, and presentations.
Manage multiple projects and stakeholder engagements simultaneously while demonstrating flexibility and willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and partnership activities as required.

The Deputy Manager, Corporate Partnerships & Sales will drive business growth by developing strategic corporate partnerships, expanding institutional and B2B sales, and strengthening client relationships. The role will identify new business opportunities, lead corporate engagement initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored travel solutions, enhance partner experiences, and generate sustainable revenue growth while expanding BRAC Otithi's corporate presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement corporate sales and business development strategies to identify new business opportunities, acquire corporate clients, and expand institutional partnerships that contribute to sustainable revenue growth.
Build and manage strategic relationships with corporate clients, institutions, associations, and business partners by developing customized proposals, negotiating commercial agreements, and ensuring long-term partnership success.
Lead the planning and execution of corporate events, employee engagement programs, client experiences, and partnership campaigns in close collaboration with the Product, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams.
Strengthen client engagement and loyalty by designing and implementing retention initiatives, gathering client feedback, and recommending improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
Monitor business performance by tracking sales pipelines, lead conversions, partnership outcomes, and revenue targets, and prepare analytical reports with recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of corporate programs by aligning pricing, proposals, operational requirements, and service standards with client expectations.
Represent BRAC Otithi at industry events, networking forums, stakeholder meetings, and strategic engagements to strengthen brand visibility, develop new partnerships, and support business expansion initiatives.
SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
