Experience:
Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.

Assist in preparing and implementing the organization's annual and monthly Training Calendar.
Support the Training Needs Assessment (TNA) process and compile training requirements from different departments and field offices.
Coordinate and organize training programs on organizational policies, microfinance operations, customer service, financial literacy, leadership, code of conduct, Safeguarding, PSEA, AML/CFT, digital systems, and other relevant topics.
Assist in preparing training curricula, session plans, presentations, handouts, training materials, evaluation forms, and other learning resources.
Coordinate participant nomination, invitation, registration, attendance, venue arrangements, accommodation, logistics, and other administrative activities related to training programs.
Liaise with internal trainers, external facilitators, PKSF, Bangladesh Bank, training institutes, and other stakeholders for effective training implementation.
Conduct and compile pre-tests, post-tests, participant feedback, and training evaluation reports.
Monitor post-training follow-up activities and support the evaluation of training effectiveness and workplace application.
Assist in preparing training budgets and ensure training expenses are maintained according to organizational policies and approved budgets.
Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets, databases, certificates, reports, and documentation.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual training reports for management review.
Assist in organizing orientation and induction programs for newly recruited employees.
Coordinate training activities at Head Office, Area Offices, Branch Offices, and other field locations as required.
Ensure training activities comply with organizational policies, PKSF guidelines, donor requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
Perform any other training, HR, or administrative duties assigned by the management.
