Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/ Post Graduation in MIS/ Disaster Management/ URP// Computer Science/ Information Management or any other relevant subject from any recognized university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Information Management, MEAL, MIS
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Verify the primary data and information elements that are required to support the project for daily, weekly, and monthly.
∎ Improve and maintain project's comprehensive Data Management System as per donor's template and support in BRAC’s MIS and MEAL system.
∎ Identify, document, and ensure the quality of high-value data for accuracy, consistency, and comparability.
∎ Execute proper backup, data validation and security procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
∎ Support to conduct baseline & need assessment, Post Distribution Monitoring (PDM), evaluation, annual survey, and reporting.
∎ Prepare info-graphic report, fact sheet and other visualize report of project deliverables and compile and mapping all the intervention’s geographical status.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the team lead.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ KNOWLEDGE: BRAC’s values and mission, development sector, humanitarian principles, advance level of knowledge on MS office applications, GIS, logical framework, project’s monitoring, reporting and documentation.
∎ SKILLS: Budgeting, communication, researching, writing, monitoring, and evaluating, auditing, project management, project implementation.
∎ COMPETENCIES: Facilitating group meetings, managing timelines, oral and written fluency in both Bangla and English, handling critical issues with relevant stakeholders.
