Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation from any reputed College or University / B.Sc in Footwear Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Product Development (PD) and Pattern making
∎ New sample development from scratch to finish product as per buyers requirements.
∎ Ensure the shoe development according to Design Card to achieve design intent.
∎ Able to take customer CAD & create 1st patterns with accurate detail.
∎ Ensure Pattern grading and stitching Gauge making.
∎ Drive your development thought sampling to finished 1st prototype

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 Years experience in cutting patterns by hand & or CAD at any Shoes/ Garments industry.
∎ Take clear instructions from Manager on corrections & action into finished shoe
∎ Self motivated and Team player.
∎ Should have good communication skill.
