Candidates must be willing to work hard on the production floor in a garment factory.
Candidates should have good technical skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain 5S standards.
Monitor absenteeism and take necessary corrective actions.
Ensure process quality before proceeding to the next operation.
Capacity vs. Production: Achieve capacity-wise production by effectively motivating and guiding workers.
Ensure operators practice self-inspection to confirm process quality, along with thread trimming and counting before handing over to the next operator.
Ensure hourly production tracking, including pass and repair quantities. All repair work must be completed within the same day.
Identify the top three defects and take initiatives to eliminate them with proper corrective actions.
Take necessary corrective actions based on QA findings.
Ensure production follows size and color breakdown as per the call plan, including proper inspection and packing.
Ensure effective floater management to sustain productivity.
Enforce safety rules and regulations on the production floor.
Any other task in production floor assign by seniors
