∎ JOB PURPOSE: Develop and implement a fair and effective transfer process by placing employees in positions more appropriate to their interests or abilities aligning with programme requirements.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harmful situations, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Process all the transfers of Field Office, Head Office and Inter Programme and Department associated with the Microfinance programme.
∎ Execute actions on transfer proposals by maintaining authorized channels & ensuring relevant processes as per policy, programme requirements & arranging approval accordingly.
∎ Manage bulk transfer proposals in ERP with the correct location, TOA, project, designation and supervisor mapping.
∎ Prepare quarterly promotion list, get vetting from concern line management and ensure the promotion by following the required process accordingly.
∎ Analyse the information based on justification and maintain standardized process for all Units.
∎ Prepare and track reports, update staff database and preserve necessary documents.
∎ Provide support on transfer execution process and troubleshooting with relevant intervention, i.e: follow-up, problem-solving on ERP & Coordination between Units, Programmes, Departments etc.

∎ Effective team player and analysing ability
∎ Minimum 1 year of working experience is required
