∎ Manpower Planning
∎ Conduct Recruitment & selection
∎ Making Job Description
∎ Accomplishing Performance Appraisal
∎ Preparing Organogram & Salary Sheet
∎ Maintaining Database and Personal Files
∎ Capable to manage & maintain of the organization independently
∎ Record Keeping of Leave-Late-Absent
∎ Taking Disciplinary Action & Grievance Handling
∎ Supervising Safety, Security & Housekeeping
∎ Managing Vehicle, Canteen, and Guest Houses etc.
∎ Handling Industrial Relations & Liaison with Law enforcing Agencies
∎ Coordinating HR Team of other plant and Head Office
∎ Support staff and the security guard counseling
∎ Maintain the HR database.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both Males and Females are allowed to apply.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General HR, HR Database Management, Performance & Career Management, and Recruitment & Selection.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Company, Pharmaceutical Company or manufacturing Company.
∎ At least 5 years’ experience as Senior H.R. Officer / Officer H.R. (if you do not have requisite experiences in any of the above position – DO NOT APPLY).
