• License Related:      

1.     Processed and monitored company important license such as Trade license, Industrial license, Boiler License, Export and Import License, Environment License, Fire license, Power License etc.

• Administration Related: 

2.   Lead statutory and regulatory compliance functions, ensuring timely approvals from BIDA, Bangladesh Bank, NBR, CCI&E, Ministry of Home Affairs, NSI, SB, and City Corporations.

3.    Managed full-cycle for branch/liaison/representative office permissions, extensions, amendments, cancellations, and condition waivers.

4.   Processed and monitored work permits, visa recommendations, TIN registrations, security clearances, and other expatriate compliance for foreign professionals.

5.    Streamlined administrative systems, improving approval turnaround time and ensuring uninterrupted business operations

6.   Coordinated with multiple government stakeholders to resolve regulatory issues. Delivered protocol and logistic support (visa, air ticketing etc) for international delegations and senior executives.

• Regulatory Documentation & Data Management:

1.    Expert in document verification, preparation, and submission to government authorities (both online and offline), with strong data management ensuring compliance, accuracy, and readiness for audits.

• Branch / Liaison / Representative Office Permissions (BIDA):

1.    Extensive experience in securing and managing approvals from the Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA) for establishment, extension, amendment, and cancellation of Branch, Liaison, and Representative Offices of foreign companies.

• Visa & Work Permit Processing (BIDA):

1.    Specialized in E, E1, PI visa recommendations and work permit applications (new, extension, amendment, cancellation) for expatriates in compliance with BIDA requirements.

• Tax & Registration Compliance (NBR):

1.    Handled foreign personnel TIN registrations/amendments as well as company TIN and VAT certificate issuance and amendments under the National Board of Revenue (NBR).

• Security Clearance for Foreign Nationals (Ministry of

Home Affairs, SB & NSI):

1.   Well-versed in expatriate security clearance processes, coordinating with the Special Branch (SB) and National Security Intelligence (NSI) for field investigations, and securing final approval from the Ministry of Home Affairs to authorize foreign personnel employment in Bangladesh.

• Industrial & Commercial Registrations (CCI&E):

1.    Managed IRC & ERC registrations (Industrial, Commercial, Multinational) through CCI&E, enabling companies to conduct legal trading and procurement activities in Bangladesh.
