Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: As Senior Officer, HR Field Operation, you will be responsible for providing all sort of HR support to your assigned field offices. The position will be accountable for managing the operations of all aspects of the Human Resources program, including the administration of centralized Human Resources functions.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation.
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment. Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working closely with various departments/Programs of field offices of BRAC, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
∎ Liaising with a wide range of people involved in policy areas and ensure its compliance. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
∎ Coordinate & organize field based recruitment & selection process.
∎ To Identify, retain & develop the talents of field offices by coordinating with the talent management team.
∎ Involve with the whole process of project staff recruitment.
∎ Involve with the activities related to health insurance matters of field offices.
∎ Take part at different Employer Branding initiatives for increasing the organizational brand value.
∎ Ensure, coordinate and facilitate the on boarding of new staff in field offices.
∎ To strengthen rapport with the field staff & build a brand image of HRD by visiting the field offices on a regular basis.
∎ Ensure on time performance appraisal & actively involve with the program people to make it effective.
∎ Process documentation and prepare reports relating to HR activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Computer, IT, software skill, presentation skill
∎ Sound knowledge regarding Bangladesh Labor Act
∎ Proper understanding of different functions of HR
∎ Stakeholder management
∎ Knowledge on HR concept
∎ Problem solving & quick decision making on different issue
∎ One year experience in the field of human resources will be preferred
