Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Major in Human Resource Management.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute day-to-day HR functions that include recruitment & selection process, leave & attendance management, Payroll Management, employee final settlement procedure, Performance Appraisal etc.
∎ Maintain and continuously update the Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS).
∎ Drafting office orders, reports, notes, notices, circulars, e-mails, letters, policies, meeting minutes and any other issues finalizing and circulating as per instruction
∎ Preserve them in both formats of soft & hard copy with relevant supporting
∎ Any work assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
