In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Management (Procurement, Inventory, Logistics & Distribution).

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in ERP systems will be an added advantage.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and result-driven professional.

Responsibilities & Context:

Develop and execute strategic procurement plans for raw materials, packaging, and equipment in alignment with business goals and premium brand standards.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable local and international suppliers to ensure uninterrupted supply and quality consistency.

Establish and lead a robust vendor development and performance management program, including regular audits and evaluations.

Drive high-impact negotiations with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable payment terms, and strong service level agreements (SLAs).

Collaborate with the Finance team to manage payment cycles effectively, ensuring smooth cash flow and strong supplier relationships.

Lead demand planning and forecasting initiatives to maintain optimal inventory levels and avoid stock imbalances.

Implement effective inventory control systems and wastage reduction strategies across warehouses and outlets.

Optimize warehousing, logistics, and distribution networks to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Ensure seamless integration of sourcing, inventory, and distribution through a centralized tracking system for full supply chain visibility.

Monitor and analyze key supply chain metrics, preparing insightful reports on cost savings, inventory turnover, and operational challenges for senior management.
