∎ B. Sc/M.Sc in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
∎ B.Sc/M.Sc in Food Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Food and Beverage, Product Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with engineers/ suppliers to develop prototypes for new / improved products and participate in quality assurance process
∎ Work with customers to identify issues with existing / new products and consult / guide customers to identify on best practices and required methods to correct issues
∎ Arrange organoleptic test and other physical and chemical test of finished product
∎ Work on existing / new products in respect of taste, acceptability, appearance, packaging etc. up to highest standard, set objectives and report on performance
∎ Prepare standard production procedures and recipes for new products and get approval
∎ Ensure ISO standard for the product and maintain liaison with the responsible ISO person to assure technical procedures of BSTI, BSCSIR and certification process
