Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ MBA/ Masters (Major in HRM/ Management) from Public or UGC approved Private Universities.
∎ Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop HR policies and guidelines, and ensure that’s are compiled by all the employees.
∎ Ensure availability of effective devices/tools to follower for manpower recruitment, selection and placement of suitable persons in the job position to increase job efficiency.
∎ Improve the existing process and functions and facilities of the company to ensure efficiency of resources and maximize the return.
∎ Bride management and employee relation by addressing demands, grievance or other issues.
∎ • Issue and maintain appointment letter, release order, experience letter, NOC and other official letters.
∎ Ensure the proper disciplinary proceedings and action as per statutory norms.
∎ Monitoring overall payroll and compensation management.
∎ Prepare and update monthly and quarterly HR MIS reports
∎ Maintain historical HR records by designing a filing and retrieval system, keeping post and current records.
∎ Coordinate and ensure timely completion of the annual performance appraisal system.
∎ To support the compliance team, solve technical problems and help to prepare corrective action plan (CAP) based on external, internal, first party and third party social compliance audits.
∎ Regular reporting to the top management regarding the true HR scenario.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 years experience in relevant field of Textile/ Garments sector.
∎ Knowledge on Labor Law
∎ Expertise in MS-Office
