    • Masters
  • Masters / MBA from any reputed University (Preferred Major in HRM). Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in HRM will be given preference

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Candidates at Chattogram get priority for this position.

  • Lead end-to-end Human Resources Operations (HR Operations Management)

  • Manage full-cycle Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Develop, implement, and update HR Policies, SOPs, and HR Compliance Systems

  • Design and manage Performance Management System & KPI Tracking System

  • Handle Payroll Management, Salary Processing, Attendance & Leave Management

  • Develop and execute Training & Development (T&D) programs

  • Drive Employee Engagement, Retention Strategy & Organizational Culture Development

  • Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law & HR Policies

  • Provide HR support to All Operations.

  • Improve and maintain strong HRM Software-based HR processes

  • Support strategic business goals through effective human capital management

  • Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance and employee growth.

  • Handling Disciplinary issues & procedures, grievances, employee relation issues as per law of the land.

  • Maintain all kinds of Administrative work; Facility management, Security Management, Transport Management, Land & Construction Management, House Keeping, Office and Utility Management, Local Purchase and other responsibilities. Maintain all kind of office supplies, vendor relations and compliance issue.
