Lead end-to-end Human Resources Operations (HR Operations Management)
Manage full-cycle Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Develop, implement, and update HR Policies, SOPs, and HR Compliance Systems
Design and manage Performance Management System & KPI Tracking System
Handle Payroll Management, Salary Processing, Attendance & Leave Management
Develop and execute Training & Development (T&D) programs
Drive Employee Engagement, Retention Strategy & Organizational Culture Development
Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law & HR Policies
Provide HR support to All Operations.
Improve and maintain strong HRM Software-based HR processes
Support strategic business goals through effective human capital management
Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance and employee growth.
Handling Disciplinary issues & procedures, grievances, employee relation issues as per law of the land.
Maintain all kinds of Administrative work; Facility management, Security Management, Transport Management, Land & Construction Management, House Keeping, Office and Utility Management, Local Purchase and other responsibilities. Maintain all kind of office supplies, vendor relations and compliance issue.
