Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in IT support or hardware/network maintenance

• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, basic Linux)

• Maintain and manage all IT assets including desktops, laptops, printers, CCTV systems, and peripherals

• Provide hardware, software, and network support to end users

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain IT equipment and network devices

• Ensure proper documentation, tagging, and inventory of IT assets

• Monitor and maintain CCTV systems, including cameras, NVR/DVR, cabling, and storage

• Troubleshoot CCTV faults and coordinate with vendors for repair and replacement

• Ensure IT security by implementing and maintaining basic security controls

• Monitor antivirus, firewall, access control, and system updates

• Assist in enforcing IT security policies and best practices

• Respond to IT and security incidents promptly

• Coordinate with vendors for IT support, maintenance, and warranty services
