∎ JOB PURPOSE: Sr. Manager, Business Innovation will be blending business strategy and creativity- helping our programmes across the world bring new offerings and ventures to market. This position needs to be part design researcher, part strategist, and part operational guru, working alongside other builders and thinkers from different backgrounds.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop business / value case for new offerings to determine the financial and social impact, and the cost to achieve the programme target
∎ Programme manage the end to end innovation process from generating client insights, through prototypes and pilots; capture evidence of success for prototypes
∎ Develop go-to-market plan, implementation plan and roadmap for scaling offerings
∎ Conduct business financial analysis, including forecasting, monitoring and reporting
∎ Lead problem framing for innovation focus areas
∎ Lead the development of value proposition for new BRAC offerings. This includes:
∎ - Articulating how the new offering solves a client need
∎ - Why the client will purchase the new offering
∎ - How does the new offering strengthen BRAC's portfolio
∎ - What impact does this have on BRAC's donor relations
∎ - Which new inclusive business models can be developed
Additional Requirements:
∎ An absolute professional, who leads by example, treats peers and partners with respect, and seeks and gives constructive feedback. Effective working in teams and communicating business concepts to a wide diversity of audiences.
∎ Able to switch seamlessly between self-directed independent work and highly collaborative teamwork.
∎ Minimum 5 years' of working experience. Experience in product management and product development will be an added advantage.
