Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE:
∎ The incumbent will play a critical role in raising the profile of the BRAC brand, steer the roll-out of the brand`s look and feel and messaging framework
∎ Support in creating the overall brand strategy and architecture, and implementation of the same
∎ Steer the organisation to comply with brand guidelines, and work across BRAC programmes, affiliates, entities and investments to promote an integrated approach of One BRAC and inspire engagement with the brand strategy.
∎ The Manager of Brand & Network Management will support the Head of Brand & Network management with all deliveries.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support in building BRAC's brand through reputation tracking and brand equity study.
∎ Design and manage effective campaigns and interventions to strengthen BRAC's brand equity.
∎ Act as a coordinator between programme and communications team to support in creating content and campaigns, as well as support development of proposals in regard to unique communication activities.
∎ Create and manage relationship with communications partners, and drive the financing and contractual aspects with them following BRAC procurement guidelines.
∎ Development and implementation of the communications and branding budgets and annual work plans in tandem with applicable operational guidelines.
∎ Handle strategic and flagship events and campaigns planning entailing message and material development, coordination and support to continuous relationship building.
∎ Provide senior leadership with advice and support on development of communications materials to drive brand awareness and ensure brand alignment.
∎ Foster good working relationships with other communications teams across BRAC ecosystem.
∎ Effectively manage ongoing relationships with key internal teams, ensuring that they are fully supported with branding needs.
∎ Support planning and drive implementation of continuous capacity development initiatives that will actively build the advocacy and communication capacities of target groups, across the BRAC ecosystem.
∎ Support the Head of Brand and network management to build and maintain working relationship and collaboration with BRAC ecosystem.

∎ Knowledge in project management - multi-tasking ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent presentation skills and gives attention to details.
∎ Skilled in budget preperation and management.
∎ A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected with a great knowledge in brand management.
∎ Brand materials & content development and project management skills.
∎ A self motivated individual who is agilie and adapt to changes.
∎ At least 5-7 years' of experience in Brand or Corporate Communications, and event design management is required. (Working experience in strategic planning at advertising agencies will be considered as an added quality)
