Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and guide HR Operations team to ensure implementation of human resources strategies by establishing accountabilities to provide HR services according to SOP; including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, training and development, performance management system, employee relations and retention, health and safety etc.
∎ Ensure performance based work environment through facilitating development in existing performance management system as well as ensuring proper execution of existing PMS that includes performance evaluation, performance development, career development and succession planning etc.
∎ Review and restructure compensation, reward and recognition scheme to engage and motivate staff in all functions to bring expected performance & retain performer as well as to initiate more benefits within existing budget.
∎ Prepare and initiate new HR policy aligning with company requirement as well as Ensure periodic update & communication of HR Policy to the employees.
∎ Assess HR operational strength, identify improvement area of the existing process and prepare and update SOP of HR.
∎ Assess team strength, identify improvement area of each team member, conduct TNA and train them to enhance output.
∎ Execute Mentoring, Coaching and Talent Development program to align the employee with strategy of the company.
∎ Maintain Liaison with the University/ Institutes in nearby area for CV sourcing and campus recruitment purpose.
∎ Conduct training needs analysis, develop training calendar & roll out plans, prepare and collect training aid / tools and ensure proper content design, development & modification of various training modules periodically.
∎ Work with Business Development and Operations team in initiation of operations for new business through identifying manpower requirement, providing phase wise talent acquisition plan and HR cost analysis report.
∎ Prepare policy, guideline and framework for development of different module of HRMS software, identify bugs and conduct validation of each and every module of HRMS software and introduce HRMS software to user.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Well conversant in Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 (with Latest amendment) & Rules 2015 (with Latest amendment)
∎ Excellent knowledge in Excel and standard payroll software is a must
∎ Excellent in speaking and writing Bangla and English
∎ Very good analytical skill and Reporting skills
∎ Ability to work on own initiative and problem solve
∎ Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines as well as be able to manage your own time effectively
