Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc. in Footwear Engineering or
∎ Masters in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able without guidance to create 1st pattern by hand or 2D pattern engineering software Romans CAD or Dimension from customer CAD or drawing that fits last & is correct for balance within 2-3 rounds of sampling trials maximum.
∎ Conduct pattern trial in samples room following all processes & adjusting patterns where needed.
∎ Competent without assistance to take model size base shell & create graded patterns with restrictions where needed for cost saving that are after grading trials fit for bulk production.
∎ Carry out SMB pattern trials adjusting & re trialling when required.
∎ Ability to work simultaneously on multiple project at one time in a fast paced department
∎ In details provide feedback to manager on pattern Issues encounter & steps taken to resolve.
∎ Manage a tidy work station providing clean pattern & document storage.
∎ Team player able to move between 1st pattern & grading tasks.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates have practical experience 4 - 6 years as a pattern engineer in any Shoes/ Garments industry.
∎ Should be adequately knowledgeable with computer literacy.
